    When abbacken of a Flammkuchen the plate must be preheated with. When the temperature had been reached and the Tarte has been ca 5min baked, the plate bent. This must not happen actually.

    Had previously been a Siemens oven tray. I'm very happy with it, does not stick and easy to clean, even though it was actually a bad buy. Wanted the same as I always have been at home but this one is not as deep. But still I keep it.

    Great sheet. Through the openings around the edges, the circulating air is distributed particularly well. It can be baked at the same time 2-3 sheets. On all plates is evenly baked.
