Schabziger Klee is a fairly unknown spice. For me, it belongs to every home-baked bread. But even at Spicy Spreads it fits perfectly, but please use only very sparingly as pinch.
Tastes very good, you can use to stews or casseroles wonderful. Meanwhile I try Schabzigerklee in many recipes and if you sparingly metered, there is again a nice touch
