The Sun Gate-Himbertee is clearly good quality. Many raspberry Blättertees are small verkrümeltes, dusty stuff. Here the leaves are relatively coarsely crushed. There are obviously really leaves parts and not only green dust.
In the pharmacy my Himberblättertee has by far not as "fresh" tasted like this from Sun Gate! Have the tea drunk mainly for childbirth, but should also help with menstrual cramps.
A 50g bag long enough. I drink the tea as antenatal currently daily (1-3 cups) and the first bag is not empty ... I think the tea tastes like a normal herbal tea, so perfectly ok. Will drink it after pregnancy continues - though perhaps not quite so
