Excellent book !! Simple recipes and quick to perform, it has been very helpful throughout the summer. so I would recommend this book. Enjoy your meal !!
This book moves away a little too traditional tapas which it does not give sufficient attention .. Unfortunately also lacks an explanation of the methods of preparation, cooking and dressing. Few illustrations.
