Thermalright Silver Arrow SB Extreme CPU Fan Heatpipe Copper Nickel (Personal Computers)
I ordered this product thermalright but made a mistake and sent me the EBL so a tad different. i7 4770k @ a 4.2 is not exceeding 62 degrees so I guess this one does the same if not better.
