    Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of other buyers accurate enough. These insoles I could throw away all right. They are cut much too narrow in the middle and have therefore firstly no support in the shoe and also feel very uncomfortable on. I

    It is a common insole made of an alu and a wool surface. Thus, the sole keeps indeed warm, but it is much too narrow cut. In the middle of the sole - ie at the metatarsal - fills the sole of the footwear or the foot width of only half.
