    On first use, the smoke cleared from the base, from below. A strong plastic smell burnt / melted. I unplugged everything and sent the article. I'm probably fell on a defective model, but I have not wanted to try again with the same.

    Very disappointed by the product with respect to good reviews - the blades are tiny and not particularly sharp: can mix would result if only apples to make a smoothie, cut into very small pieces. Relatively noisy given the low efficiency.
