    Somehow I have the feeling the pans are not really hot. The heat distribution is not exactly ideal, but enough for a relaxed roast - so burning at least nix ;-)

    So far, absolutely satisfied with the pans. The beading effect I can only confirm and it exists even after weeks. Very nicely processed and practical pans. The removable handles are a little too loose. This is really not bad, but thought it important

    I agree with the finding As for the bottom of the pans, all three pans have in the middle a bulge on, therefore it is not possible to fry with a little fat around the middle!

  • Roasting without fat

    When frying with fat actually burns to nothing. The fact that can take off the handles, you can stow the pans on a lot less space. Only the color is not quite optimal. But the bottom line makes from nothing. I would buy this again anyway.
