Vanguard MG-3 tripod with 3-way head (electronics)
It is difficult to evaluate the product, if it must be delivered 3 mail succession and even then still have the exact same defect / error. It occurs, even when the third delivery, I'll call it, "lubricating resin" from the horizontal axis.
