Since December 2005 a lot has changed in the successful girl band from UK! The Sugababes are with a new line on the road. As Mutya Buena left the band, Amelle Berrabah got into the boat of the Babes. The fourth album "Taller In More Ways' was re-revised, most probably wondering what is new about it? Amelle has sung new songs and 3 there is a farewell / bonus track where all 4 Babes are heard. "Push The Button" opens the album, the song is now well known to everyone, right? The track is an absolute earwig! "Gotta Be You" was re-recorded with Amelle, her soulful voice fits much better to the mix of R'n'B and Crunk reminiscent of Ciara. "Follow Me Home" was just re-recorded with Amelle case, a rather melankolischer song with a chorus that goes into the ear. "Joy Division" is rather one of the weakest songs on the album, lighter mix of reggae and pop. The new single "Red Dress" sounds with Amelle somehow better, the song gets any more momentum, a good mood song with hot chorus reminiscent of "In The Middle". "Ugly" was published shortly before the departure of Mutya, in the song explain the babes that all people in one way or another are the same, a nice ballad but the Acoustic Version is better. In the seventh song of the album, the bomb explodes! "Is not It Easy" is not a typical song Babes, hard rock elements reminiscent somehow of Marilyn Manson, only Heidi Break does not fit into the track. "Bruised" is the second weak point of the album, the song is kind of boring without hightlight, one does not know whether to call it a ballad or up-tempo song. "Obsession" shows a new side of the Babes, the song has strong Disco Influences the urge simply to dance! Title 10, my favorite song on the album, "Ace Reject" is a strong ballad in Mutyas voice like a dream acts. "Better" is somewhat reminiscent of a happy version of "Stronger", the song is a bonus track on this UK import "Limited Edition" on it. "2 Hearts" is a calm ballad in which the voices of the 3 Babes really well come to the fore. "Now You're Gone" is the new song on the Re-release album. Highlight: In this song the 4 babes are so Amelle, Heidi, Keisha and Mutya hear! This title serves as a farewell track for Mutya. A ballad is never to forget! Conclusion: 11 out of 13 songs are just great. Let's hope that the Babes continues (with new signing) will be on the road to success!
