The Dolce Gusto CIRCOLO Automatic is as it is written very quickly in the beverage preparation and to handle easily. Simply press the start button, insert the capsule in the holder and you can start when the start button lights up green. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specifications on the capsule, or also choose individually. The Dolce Gusto CIRCOLO Automatic then stops according to the setting automatically the hydration. The water tank can be see from the front. The machine itself does not indicate when the water level is no longer sufficient. As a downside, I this is not specified because it is not a problem. It happens that the water tank is empty while the beverage preparation machine hums audibly louder and stops. To taste: tastes obviously differ. Therefore, I do not want to write too much at the moment. Personally, I have done some varieties. I especially recommend the espresso with a nice crema and intense aroma ("Espresso Barista" and "Espresso Buondi") and the Choco Caramel, but I could go on varieties that taste good to me. I want to give a hint: I seem some sweetened versions borderline sweet and I've often get the reply "too sweet". However, there is now also unsweetened and light versions of Latte Macchiato and Cappuccino.
Capsule Price
The capsule packs available each containing 16 capsules. For the preparation of many drinks but you need 2 capsules per drink. This includes all beverages that require additional milk capsule as Chai Tea Latte, Chococino or specialty coffees (eg cappuccino, latte macchiato) or 16 capsules yield only 8 drinks.
The price of capsules you have to consider before buying the machine definitely. The follow-up costs are high. For me personally is the regular price of the capsules too expensive. In order to save, I therefore make regular bulk purchases if the capsules are somewhere in the offer. Saving opportunities are for the purchase of services from commercial sources or the official online store of Dolce Gusto.

The produced plastic waste
the capsules is really a lot! That does not bother me personally, even more than the price. Although the capsules can be recycled, so on no account as domestic waste, but in the plastic waste! However, I very much hope that Dolce Gusto nachlegt here with compostable capsules.
The remaining liquid in the capsules
is annoying. Although it is a drainage tank while. Some capsules it does not work out, they emptied it. That one wants to avoid a possible "mess", they say, to puncture it before discarding / cutting. Yesterday I however got a tip to poke a second, larger hole in the capsule before they are in the drainage tank. This will help, but I myself could not try it because I lack a suitable pricker. The coffee remains must not be emptied one. Which are subsequently removed by recyclers in cleaning up the plastic. The capsules therefore have therefore never in the recyclable waste.
Not all existing Nescafé Dolce Gusto varieties, there are commercially buying. Some can only be purchased exclusively in the online shop. This bond I find a shame. Va if you have tried it already and would like to buy again.
Despite the negatives, I give because of the range of varieties, quick and easy preparation, as well as the taste of my favorites still 3 stars. Meanwhile, however, I save on a coffee machine to make primarily to the vexing Capsule / waste problem behind me.
