TESO - Review Beta Test, early game access and Launch

For some time I also once again Be a recession to a game. This time it's even an online game, which is a real first for me :)
I've been a big fan of Morrowind series and have played consistently all games extensively. And therefore I could of course not simply look away - and was really pleasantly surprised!

My Imperial version I have ordered from Amazon.com and redeemed the code without problems already on 30/03/14. I can already communicate most the last beta weekend and have used the five days early game access diligently. As many know, this past weekend was a BETA moderate disaster, so I have been very pleasantly surprised by the early release!

Bit by bit I'm slightly short on the respective points a closer. First, my positive impressions.

Graphic
The graphics are absolutely fine and really good for an online game. With an Intel Core i7 processor and the latest NVidia graphics card I can get out of stage settings ultra. The image has very convinced me, especially for an online game (for that you naturally invites a corresponding number of GB down). One can find a beautifully designed world, a lot of details and textures really look crystal clear and real. The lighting effects and the play of light and dark are extremely well done. Massive graphical errors or inaccurate edges etc. I could not find. The game runs absolutely smoothly (with appropriate hardware) and stopped with me at any time. Loading screens are also ratzfatz past. I think the game world also extremely comfortable - not quietschebunt (as in other online games), not too pushy and each area has its own design / tuning. Therefore I am very happy here.

Gameplay
Let's go to the gameplay a: I like also very much. As TES players know each other naturally already good, the control can also be according to your wishes prove what has collected big plus points with me.
It is equipped with all instantly familiar, comes with card and inventory along very well. There is a satisfactory large overview menu skills class, achievements, friends, etc. Quests clearly represents. Also there is a huge help menu that explains any points in the game. So if one is looking for something in the game - see there first;)

Social / Interaction
Let's come to the point quickly Social. Developers have built up a nice and simple private network for the players. Agent name or ID, you can find his friends and add new friends or whisper them. In the game you can write in the general chat or write to the Player itself. In the beginning everything pretty much and confusing - but as time goes one well out of hand. One can wonderfully with each other to exchange and sell and find my group search immediately some fighters for a new quest things. I have really learned here within minutes know a great bunch :) Weird Birds are everywhere - here you just have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Time to the less positive things ...
And here I have to say really, is the weak point yet! I am 30.03. started playing, on time for the start of the Server and then have to invest a lot of playing time.
Already 1 1/2 days (!) Later there were players who had cracked the Level 50 and / or emperors. The dagger fall fraction was / is completely cut off from everything, the ebony Pact is no one behind (currently 8,900 points distribution to 33,500 - the end of March 2014). And if you already have such a high level or even emperor - none 2 days after (not even official) Game Start! - Waiting there still some work to the developer.

It just runs just not going too well: many opponents are to beat playing, others (Boss) opponents you get even with a couple of players short. Some quests you get massive points or gold, in others you get absolutely nothing. Even at level 10 I can solve a quest for level 25 (if you are lucky). If you go for two, you have won playing anyway, because then many opponents are no longer an obstacle.

Time / fun
I have currently with good 35 hours play time just hit the level 20 - but was it very very happy exploring, have turned tens of achievements, all open areas explored and done tons of quests. In the time others have long arrived at level 50 and madly rushed through the game - but I'm really not fun to it. I liked everything I've seen so far very much and also the reunion with known Charaktern makes a lot of joy :)
On level and points system must be simple yet filed my opinion, the Alliance distribution has also been planned something. Where probably no one could have guessed that join more than 80% of all players in the same alliance ... for the rest remains so to speak nothing about;)

Guild / trade guilds / PvP groups
Of course before the official publication own guilds were established by players - which is good. Because the money system fits in the game not really or was probably so desired. You buy for example an armor for 700 gold - they sold again for Grade 20 time Gold! How to come here at all to anything, is beyond me. But here you can resort to the players and guilds and swap and trade with each other.
There are also scores nice group to explore the world, to plunder dungeons or not to save Tamriel)

Quests / playing time
For the major criticisms Quests and Time: The fan base seems to be yes to split.
I have found and done alone in my first hours of play on the 90 quests. Meanwhile (today 28/05/2014 is) I have several characters in all alliances (even with level 50) and always find new quests and new gameplay. The season is therefore in my opinion (if you completed every quest) very long and lasts for weeks out. Especially since to get new content to repeatedly.

UNFORTUNATELY - that is a current point of criticism - I find the areas and quests not optimally linked. At level 30 and level 40 you hang EXTREME in the air. Suddenly one has done anything any more and but knows that some quest lines are not yet at an end tasks! I felt extremely unmotivated to continue. But you can find somewhere then connect again.

Alliance War
Well, that's a point I want to evaluate only now (28.05.) After a few game days. When you reach level 10, you can participate in the alliance wars. Man tears then using quick trip to Cyrodil and defend a castle, take Spähaufgaben or attack other castles. I regret to say, that has hardly any attraction for me .... the first few times I'm not at all come "through" what is still often. There was eternally long queues and eventually it was me then really too stupid. Moreover, all this has left a bad taste for me - because the 3 alliances are anything but balanced. The ebony pact just all depends far, the dagger fall alliance is hopelessly lost. As a by-pass the time quite nice - I will stay then, but rather still in Haupquest)

Bugs / Game Stability
Perhaps a word about bugs and game stability: the last beta tests were indeed a big letdown. Hardly anything went and the players complained only about bugged quests. In early access (30.03.) I could find to my great surprise, no more of that. Meanwhile, I have solved the 90 quests and came across only 2 that have a bug. Of course, one must also note the following: hang 50 players at the same quest, go sometime just nothing. The motto here is come again later.

Of course you should also have a degree of understanding and not just stupid plan bettors going - and she loves doing this read the announcements! The release date is fixed and which is not completed by then, just now has to be done with 300,000 players in the game.

Since I've been playing for some time, I want the whole thing still refresh. From the game itself, I am still very confident. Have a lot of fun and steer sharply to at level 30. Also, the new cinematic trailer has me as always very enthusiastic. On a problem but I am now come off, this "ABO"

Last night, I got the info that I need to activate my free 30 days and to set a payment method for future months. Unfortunately, there was in my account Bethesda this option.
Therefore, I have asked the omniscient power - and promptly found the solution. One must "simply" redeem all its got codes. Then immediately appears the option for the subscription.
And that I also have very easily solved: with a Game Card. I paid here in advance 2 months, after that then (if I no longer want) circuit. I have to give out any credit card details and have my peace.
Who then still complained about a "subscription", I do not understand. It was clear that it is not in vain and is terminated before everything before debiting!

I think it is frankly sad (in the absence of another word), that many players to buy the game, 1 Month ago want for nothing and then immediately stop. For that I need the money for an online game not to spend.
And the whole thing about graphics and load times whine - Hardware is and always will be the key word. Can I requested power not bring, I do not have enjoyment of the game. Who's gamers with passion, remain here simply to date, he has still fun! //

Yes, you read correctly. I was now almost a year not in the world of TESO go. Do not ask me why, but with my first "Knights" I stayed quite simply hang at Level 50 ....
Simply too weak character, as they had at some point no chance to get ahead. From whim I started again a few weeks ago - and cracked with a new character veterans Rank 2 in no time :)
This shows that you can always discover something new. Meanwhile Update 6 out there and you get the skills line "lies and deception" to - and I'm taking everything with what is not firmed;) a funny thing it a somewhat tricky makes with bounty through the world to run;)

We are so close to the 17/03/2015 in which the ABO is more or less abolished. In my opinion, will then be on the servers a lot more going on - many are only now turning to the game after it costs nothing. Will I pay my subscription continue (and this div. Bonuses and get crowns) I do not know. Time will tell what you it all gets in the game.

I think of Release from to this day there has been a lot of nice improvements. One could but the player much more "binding" if one offers a better deal. I miss always the integration with other groups and PvP - I hardly know someone online and'm not ever bother to find nice people. And it would be a major incentive when the main story will be extended from time to time to a quest and not just "past" is.

Well, I'm curious what's coming. And definitely do not regret the time I've spent in TESO)
