The atmospheric incarnation of the series!

Is AC Unity different from its predecessors? In Paris there was not yet Assassin, in such a beautiful and highly detailed virtual town probably still not a protagonist of a video game. Here, the series has made an enormous leap and each at least demand from an appreciative nod when the sunset Paris enveloped in impressive light. The huge number of displayable NPC makes the world seem more alive than ever and raises the videogame experience atmospherically to a new level. How often perceived major events such epic battles or executions were adequately visualized maximum in cutscenes in games? Ultimately, it did it feel getting smaller while playing as it has fooled the story ... The execution of Louis leaves a truly immerse themselves in the time and the moment, I have never seen so many NPCs shown individually and I've never had more feel that a scene the presentation as close. The localization and the sound in general are also top-notch, the French phrases used discreetly blend in perfectly with the class set to music in German dialogues. This extremely high quality runs through the whole game and therefore AC Unity is atmospherically a real revolution of the series.

The story benefits from the enormous atmospheric density, can by itself but pull no trees. Although One gets love the characters, really burned for the cause but I have personally never. It wraps everything in a mysterious gray haze, many people, but remain far too aloof to be seriously surprised by their decisions. The Assassins and Templars constitute nothing more than a framework for a revenge story, just the French Revolution would have some which would fit far better to overblown story cosmopolitan background of the series in the context lent more to ideological conflicts.

During gameplay, there is something familiar fare purifies.
