Wonderful book, an encyclopedia that demonstrates that health and ally sport performance (muscle gain, fat loss, PTO) is entirely possible. The paleo model for me, the best approach to nutrition, and in this book explains everything from A to Z. Scientific references are numerous and the author faces many biases known in the world of bodybuilding. A book to read emergency for beginners, confirmed and especially for those important objectives but want to also maintain or improve their health.
