The future is a history in the making

Curious feeling of discovering in 2000 a book written in the 1920s with a traveler who wanders the future until 1950.
Especially as the traveler who must publish its "memories of the future" are not achieved, but the text finally broadcast in bits, much like the work of its author.
The story is pretty much the atmosphere of Russia in the first 20 tumultuous years of the twentieth century, without falling into science fiction version of HG Wells or Conan Doyle (Professor Challenger) without getting wet also sees the future the character, and unfortunately without completely prevent the pages of pseudo-scientific justifications (not completely delusional moreover, it would seem that the theory of relativity has happened to the author's ears, with perhaps basic idea for the book The space-time continuum)
And then the style is really original Krzyzanovski, including his sense of metaphor: a hero listeners impressed with his speech: "Do not you find that his frontal bone looks like the visor of a lantern If you raised it? it would hurt the eyes ... "
