One notices this album to really think it main intention was to build on the success of the debut. This shows all of Madonna albums most likely the concept, 3-4 hit singles for Filler to be positioned around. That these hit singles, the word 'hit' define only to be understood as an overall picture is weakening the album, especially in comparison to its predecessor, but then significantly. 'Material Girl' should of course be familiar to anyone, even if Madonna wants to delete this song from their discography prefer. With 'Angel' is followed by a weaker track, which was a passable hit in the '80s that has not survived, however, between years. The title track stands out as Madonna's mega hit of course clearly visible. The rest of the songs, however, are not worth mentioning. Low point then forms 'Shoo-Bee-Doo', while 'Love do not live here anymore' probably represents Madonna's best vocal performance. Towards the end of form 'Pretender' and 'Stay' then again a conciliatory conclusion, a special statement or style, as they almost always make Madonna's albums, but also they do not add to the overall picture. Compared to later works Madonna falls 'Like a virgin' for me so sharply, mainly because of the fact that you can feel little personal touch. From the energy of their debut is here more than in some places to feel something, for example, in 'Dress You Up'.
