Did I say I liked Egypt (whether Ancient or not?) And also that I liked reading books Chistian Jacq?
Maybe so, otherwise it's done now !!

After those novels that are happening at the time of the Pharaohs, Christian Jacq plunges us into the universe of the Inspector Higgins, the policeman from Scotland Yard phlegm So British !!

It is an excellent novel that has combined police and Egypt (where, for me it is the total foot, because these are my 2 main dintérêts center, but rest assured I have others; o).

The inspector Higgins retired from Yard, but his anccien Service will use their experiences to solve the murder of Mrs Mortimer. This beautiful second wife of Mr famous Egyptologist, suddenly murdered. And dear sir is not only the disappearance of his second wife ....

The stories of the Inspector Higgins are to read, especially if you like detective stories coming out a bit unconventional.
A nice book to read and others with the same inspector are too.
