The infusion remains sufficiently hot for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the initial temperature (between 70 ° and 95 °). Passed under water after use, then wiped, the tea smell persists despite enamelling. Contrary to what I read here, so it should be wash, rinse and dry, if one does not wish to mix fragrances. This is especially true when passing a green tea black, flavored or not (Mao Feng> Qimen, for example). If you only brew green tea or black natures, without going from one to the other, a simple rinsing / wiping enough, IMHO. In short; pretty and perfectly functional, I recommend without restrictions. One slight drawback (costing him a star), you must actually use the back of a spoon or a knife and wait a few moments, before extracting the filter. In this regard, plan to acquire a spare, in case ... because its dimensions are specific (8.2 mm x 6 mm).
