Connectors are plentiful. Bi amped for Frontlausprecher is possible as far as you want to connect any 7 boxes. About HDMI, it is additionally possible to play the new audio formats (True HD, DTS HD). Pitching requires only a Bluray player which can output the audio signal as a PCM (eg PS3). The receiver then displays not to sound format which he plays, but he plays it. It is therefore well equipped for the future.
The only drawback is that it only passes the HDMI signal, if one selects also the corresponding input. So it is not possible simultaneously beispeilsweise playing Playstation and listen to music.
Overall, however, only a very small problem so received by the receiver of 5 stars.
