Troubleshooting:
The water tank closure can be despite correct orientation (left rum is on) is not open.
The seal is too thick and therefore clamps, or the grip surface is designed too small.
Solution:
Pull out with pliers. Something material on the handle prevents scratching of the handle. With repeated use, it then goes to taking easier.

Supplement of 5 May 2013:
The main reason for this purchase was the reason to get the carpet in the kitchen clean.
Steaming is no longer enough for the many years Cuisine fumes natural.
A ground cloth (liable with Velcro) came with.
Until you look anschafft many new floor cloths, you can just pinch other tissues between the carpet glider and the included floor cloth! For slippery floors can lay the carpet glider on a cloth and then fold the overhanging ends inward.
The Allzwecktücher Amazon and DM (38 times 38 cm fit) suck well on the dirt and are much cheaper to buy.
In addition, you can then wash as many dirty towels at one time in the washing machine separately.
After the first tests, the carpet is clean where you reinschruppt with a brush, a cleaning agent. Steaming with absorbent cloth and vacuuming helps afterwards pull out the dirt partially.
Whether actually sterilized the hot steam can only judge experts.
