Turbo Excessive workload

I bought the brush due to the low price. Delivery by DPD took 3 working days, for whatever reason ?! The packaging of the goods by the seller: Albatros International GmbH was insufficient. The package was too big and packed the brush only in bubble wrap and no bill here.
