Call first, then a form by mail is delivered, which is to be filled. The service was the only thing that went really fast. Filled out the form, be returned. Then came a message that I do not want to fill out the form by hand, but directly in the document - this could also have been already mention in the delivery of the form. But anyway, so again filled and the document sent, thereby also again sent with the statement of the unit. Then came a message, in which I was asked not to save the form, complete and return again, but I should on the button "answer" go to my mail and then fill in the formal. If you follow the instructions, then the Word document that is to be filled, but away. This I have also informed the Lord. In the next email, which I have received, was not dealt with the issue, but I should send the order confirmation of the device from Amazon. For what the insurance needs this, remained unanswered as well. The write back and forth has ever taken a week to complete, without someone ever after damage had asked on the device. Then finally came to my inquiry through a mail in which I was informed that a UPS label to pick up the unit delivered wird.14 days after the claim was Einmeldung then the unit finally the RTS-repair service. Then came time regularly only information that the repair would be delayed, including due to delay in delivery of spare Splits. The damage could be, however, supersede any time. Questions on mails remained largely unanswered. Finally, after 2 months and my recent Rückfrae came the news that the device in which the entire display and the keyboard was broken, was irreparably - what a surprise - and I am informed in the next few days over the fair value. The next day actually came the following message: "The payout sent to you by mail." No information of value is as high, or other information. Let's see how long we now have to wait for those checks and how high the refund will be. I can to save yourself trouble only guess, stay away from this insurance. There are vendors that are essential customer- and service-oriented than is the case with this company. And if it were possible, I would give minus stars !!!
