Shadow King (Audio CD)

Customer Review

After another very successful 87'er album "Inside Information" decided the two heads of Foreigner Mick Jones (guitarist) and Lou Gramm (singer) to go because of "artistic differences" in future separate ways. Mick looked for a new frontman and published another (weak) Foreigner album, while Lou Gramm raised along with his longtime friend Bruce Turgon, Kevin Valentine and the exceptional guitarist Vivian Campbell "Shadow King" from the baptism.
The debut album is still an object lesson of the AOR and scars just barely on the fifth star past.
Absolute highlights are the Kracher "Anytime, Anywhere", "boy" and the power ballad "Do not even know I'm alive."
Unfortunately, the album was then under completely and the rest is quickly told.
Vivian Campbell got in with Def Leppard and the band broke up. Lou Gramm returned a few years later returned to Foreigner.
