Mr. Moonlight (Audio CD)

Customer Review

After the two creative minds of Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones and singer Lou Gramm had gone a few years separate musical paths, it came 1994 on a common comeback album. In addition, there was one new blood. The two longtime collaborator Dennis Elliot and Rick Wills
painted sails. For three new faces came with Bruce Turgon (Ex-Shadow-King-combatants of Lou Gramm), Jeff Jacobs and Mark Schulman on the American AOR flagship.
The result is a bit mixed.
Can convince the right band on this album with only the songs "White Lie", "Rain", "Until the End of Time" (small hit single in the US) and "Under the gun".
The rest is - have measured to the class the Foreigner albums previously published - just too weak.
Therefore I can only recommend conditionally as big Foreigner fan this album.
Curious younger Melodic Rock fans prefer antesten the first 4 albums of the band.
Shortly after in 1995 held "Mr Moonlight Tour" was unfortunately diagnosed with Lou Gramm, a brain tumor.
Lou is still suffering from the consequences of the disease and has to constantly take strong medication.
Therefore, there has hardly been until today no other new studio album of the band, although the guys (read on its website) have been working for years on it.
