Amazingly, only the Logitech software problem. The Windows operating system detects the camera well and displays it in the Device Manager, and Skype recognize the camera and you can use limited, but without the Logitech control software completely lacking essential functions.
I have the Logitech software reinstalled in the current version several times, tried different USB ports, am all recommendations of the manufacturer Logitech followed (which were technically quite challenging in part, about Restart Windows with partially deactivated services), and have after several hours the problem still can not solve.
Goods I now send back and will look for another manufacturer who hopefully has better software compatible.
