My problem: The wireless connection between the router and Dreambox indeed can transmit about 4MB / sec - but seems the latency in "SMB streaming" to be too bad, why HD broadcasts stutter over WLAN (300Mbits). Therefore, I wanted to try the connection via dLAN.
Here are the results for AVM Powerline 520E:
+ Connection (send / receive) stable at around 5,3MB / sec (AVM shows in the configuration software - see comments below - the following: Send: 95MBit / Receive: 120MBit)
+ No noise in the house (no buzzing noise in the powerline adapters and no noise in the DECT phones or other devices in the household)
+ Easy to install (simply plug in the powerline adapter and you're done - no software installation or configuration notwenig)
+ 128-bit encryption from the factory
+ "SMB Streaming" with HD movies without jerking (goal :-)
- Configuration (eg changing the adapter name or the password) possible: (must be installed on the PC), but not as with other AVM products via a WebGUI but via a software of AVM
- Said configuration software from AVM is not attached, but must be downloaded from the Internet from the AVM website
- Firmware update the Powerline adapter only on the aforementioned configuration software. To this end, each Powerline adapter must be connected via LAN cable to your PC. A firmware update via the power grid is (currently) not possible.
Conclusion: The adapter while creating far no 500Mbits - however, the transmission rate for my purpose (see above) is sufficient. The compound is stable and the units are well made.

Addendum: After 1 month in use now I have to correct myself, alas! The data rate is no change in the conditions now fallen to 1.3 MB / sec for no apparent reason and takes daily minimal further. Apparently the device will internally hot or so .... which ultimately affects the time on the bandwidth. Firmware is up to date, so I can not do anything against the loss of bandwidth :-(

Update (Jan. 2014): Having the device is not used for several months (was in the closet), I have now again a use case.
Before using this service so quickly yet installed the latest firmware and lo and behold: The shortcomings of the past (unstable compound, decreasing data rate) seem to have been resolved. I have measured early January 7, x megabytes / sec. and the end of January still 7 x megabytes / sec. The data rate now appears to be stable !!!!
Rating (star) I have therefore raised again.
Conclusion: After the firmware has now been updated by AVM, the PowerLine now runs stable and in my case, with 7 x MB / sec. with a very good data rate!
