DisplayLink is no driver for Linux and therefore also for Ubuntu and all other distributions.
The specs are not published so that drivers can be created.

The Audo interface is not even recognized. It may be that the well will only work via the display links.
For Linux users, the device is a very expensive USB 3.0 Hub. Then nothing.
