Veni, Vidi, Vici - GTA V

I myself would describe myself as GTA Veteran (again this V), respectively. Although I have only started in GTA II but for every part (the came out for PC or console) gambled with devotion. Enough. So. Now for the review. My personal favorite was San Andreas I have played through more than just a time to 100% and have also spent many hours in this beautiful game world. So it was really unacceptable to me what Rockstar Games has released GTA IV. Quite clearly, this is a matter of taste and I could play the world of part IV abgewinnen something but I was a little disappointed. I guess I was just spoiled to San Andreas. I just found the setting fit like chalk and cheese and I fell truly in the Groove Street and CJ. Although part V is expected to appear only on console (which annoys me a little, because I with friends likes to San Andreas and have IV rumgemoddet), so I did not hesitate after the trailer release and it reserved for PS 3 (at this point Please no discussion about Xbox to PS3).

I now had a few days time;) GTA V to try and make me a first impression and one thing I can say the wait was worth it. It's just awesome.

The game world is absolutely gigantic and I found it around, Blaine County to focus on one city, Los Santos, and, and these represent just super great detail by the developers. Strong praise at the point, because it shows the attention to detail. Before I have dedicated myself to the great game, I can only times these impressions affect me. Only one game has me before so much packed from the atmosphere as GTA V and that was also a rock star Game namely Red Dead Redemption (RDR). GTA V and RDR have more in common than you might assume, what stands out very positively. The random events of RDR are in GTA V here. I like that very well, making the game world alive. The mini missions for foreign people, who I really liked in GTA IV can be found in Part V. How many these are I can not say. A keyword for veterans I throw in again: Mount Chiliad;) How many hours I'm going to spend in the game world, I can not say because I can not estimate how long the story takes but less than 200 h (I am a intensiver- Connoisseur gamers and there is enough distraction) will probably not be. I myself believe I am only about 10 hours working intensively with the story, which I find really exciting but an informed statement, I can not yet give.

Now to the characters and at the same time to what has probably changed the most serious. There are three characters are all personalities failed in their way: Trevor, Michael and Franklin. One can actually anytime if one is not in a mission, switch to one of the three characters. The special is that the characters are not stand by in the meantime. They move independently through the countryside and I'm curious, in what funny situations I will change. Performance, graphics and handling.

The PS3 has now arrived at its zenith and you can tell that. GTA V has really brought out again all from the old box and drives them up to the stop (PS 3 Slim 320GB). It shows the fact that the game always takes a while at the start of loading and the fan often turns. For this you will be rewarded with a handsome graphics. I can not say so much about it because I never put much emphasis on graphics anyway. I personally like it and I have nothing to complain about. Unlike, for example, in TES: Skyrim, the world builds up unnoticed in the background and there is virtually no stuttering in the current game. Disturbing are not noticed until now. Only in extreme weather effects and the plane you realize a few stuttering, but the game play does not slow down much. For handling and engine I can only again contribute lay knowledge. Everything seemed again a tick more realistic than in GTA IV especially driving. GTA V also makes a racing game a really good character and I like that. Only when flying I had at the beginning of my problems, because I have not played more long Battlefield. But you need not really long to master control.

Conclusion:

GTA V - the wait was worth it. It has become an absolute cracker, typical with an absolutely brilliant story, marvelous graphics and much Rockstag black humor. I think the server at PS 4 and Xbox One will this year still be very empty, because the game will probably employ many long. Who just comes from the semester break, maybe you should stay away from the game, because it eats a real on. I speak at this point from a strong buy recommendation for this terrific game.
