Care should be taken when storing tires / wheels generally that when stacking them, they do not lie directly on each other, so there is always a gap between the tires as this will cause "condensation", which is harmful for rubber or can lead to rust on steel rims. For same reason you tire not cover with foil, etc. from, but at most with fabric slipcovers.
Although you get tires with 225 mm width on it, but the distance is then rather low, which is why I advise against it the product with size 225 tires to use.
