After the first three episodes of the series opener have been really great and the "Team Undercover" have done within a very short time to a constant in the youth and adventure radio play area, I have been more tense on the fourth episode. And "The Night of the Vampire" has not let me down, but keeps the quality level of the first three episodes. The adventure that spans almost 80 minutes and takes place in Lower Saxony Wendland is, at any time, varied and exciting. A planned itself as a pure holiday trip is due to various inconsistencies and an apparently withdrawing as a vampire through the area dead a real experience, in which it comes to the end, to resolve the mystery of an ancient 150 year old corpse and their heritage. The result shows a lot of different characters that - bring a shot absurdity more into the action - each in his own way. What is going on that seem to follow their own interests with the various groups in the village all. Question after question, and finally the bite of a vampire ask Freddy, Anne and Nick on just about everything. But in the end wins the battle Ville and serendipity of friends. And so ends "The Night of the Vampire" in a brilliant finale with an outstanding innovative resolution. This time Contendo has enriched the pool of voices to several familiar voices. So here are among others Karin Lieneweg or to hear Robert Missler in interesting roles. The spokesman for the three friends are now very well established and living each role optimally. Only Martin Sabel comes as narrator frequently over pretty stiff and stressed many times the words clearly and so it sometimes sounds a little jolt. Here it needs to be relaxed and then is the role of the narrator optimally occupied with him. Otherwise, you can make up only the thumb for the use of sounds. "The Night of the Vampire" comes across very atmospheric and through the skillful use of various effects, there are also one or the other "terrifying" surprise. Together with the matching and non-intrusive action Music, the fourth installment in the series is thus a great listening experience - please much more of it!
