Warning ... Will you well the version presented on the site?

I ordered this game (Microsoft version announced), and I got the version that Ubisoft has a different cover (sold cheaper on the same site). I contacted the seller, who very sympathetically, told me that the other set (Microsoft) no longer existed, but that he could either pay me the whole or refund me the difference. Very satisfied with the seller very nice, I asked him the reimbursement of the difference, and I kept the Ubisoft game, that works.

Looking at the scores on the various version of the game sold by the seller, I noticed that other customers had the same problem there is already 6 months.
It would be good to end up removing this Site Microsoft gaming offer to 15 euros if it no longer exists, instead of sending the Ubisoft release (about 8.75 euros).
