"Starz In Their Eyes" fits seamlessly into the list of disco hits of recent years, such as Sophie Ellis Bextors fantastic "Murderer On The Dancefloor" or "I Do not Feel Like Dancin '" one of the Scissor Sisters, and it would have to go with the devil if this song is not as successful.
Strangely, constantly makes you feel reminiscent of the Streets, although "Starz In Their Eyes" of their material but differs significantly (except for the break in the middle of the song that makes a then yet aware again that you would here actually with a hip has to do-hop / garage-musicians). Perhaps ''s indeed the fact that Mr. Allsopp is a similar coolness to work as his fellow countrymen (why are the British really the only ones who manage so what').
Conclusion: I know of Just Jack so far although only "Starz In Their Eyes", but even if only two more songs on "Overtones" possess a similar quality that justifies almost buying the entire album.
5 Starz? Why, surely!
