The table must be dust-free and clean is best to work itself in t-shirt and with tied hair (dust!). The display thoroughly clean with a microfiber cloth (I use a high-gloss polishing of glasses - eingnet also excellent as Brillenputztuch) - remove Fingertapper with glass cleaner.
Then: sheet align and fix with tape! Start at the top on the narrower side and pull slowly, firmly press gently with the plastic scraper, pull the peeled film across the display to remove by means of static charge the remaining / new lint. Bubbles strip, remove Tesa - done!
The results speak for themselves - and the touch screen of the monitor also reacts more properly.
