Have the knife for 8 months, then bought for 6 on Amazon. The first very good sharpness read after 3 months occasional benefit greatly by. There can now be no longer make really sharp, at most medium heat and I very well get another knife very sharp. Overall, I would buy it again but do not invest more money in a better knife.
