Reason for acquiring this particular device was pre-configuration as AP. Exactly that was needed and the device logs in to the network you have attached to the same via DHCP with a matching network address and is in the existing network therefore ad hoc equal distance.
However (and thus is the first star gone). Is the Wi-Fi network initially unencrypted. At least was no encryption since for both bands after I switched from WPS Config to Manual Config. Because a configuration change on each side of the HTML interface attracts about 1 minute wait for the reboot to be that for a time at first remains like this. A default password is first entered for the configuration interface.
Here summarized the reasons for the rating 3 * (equivalent to "not bad"):
