First I have two model IP572WI TV-cameras. This will be the 3rd. Know that it is a very good camera you will not find better in terms of value. There are certainly better but much more expensive ... and it's cheaper cameras 640x480 pixels that are poor in definition nor in image quality (I know I tried this Trendnet kind (though well noted by the trial bench Clubic, like what test benches ...) before the TV-IP572WI.
POSITIVE POINTS:
- Excellent value for money, for now you better but fortunately not find the IP camera that definition should start to become popular with other manufacturers.
- After good sharpness settings (system review)
- Acceptable color rendering (but this is not what is asked first)
- Very good night vision infrared LEDs without much.
- Good trigger alert responsiveness, setting end zones.
- The email alert works well (too well)
- Stable over time (once set the parameters not jump)
The Bad:
- Cumbersome setup
- Not friendly software settings at all.
- Sound quality of the microphone: listen not terrible, many parasites
- Seems to lose his focus a bit over time, focus manually setting not very intuitive
- Documentation review
- A bit too sensitive in triggering, night spangles the trigger (but testing and tweaking settings)
GLOBAL NOTICE:
The Trendnet TV-IP572WI cameras are good for now I have not found better quality / price ratio and I've asked myself (and much given with the purchase of previous generation models).
But it is a good product for semi professionals, the relative complexity of the installation does not make a product suitable for the general public. We therefore expect that manufacturers finally offers a well thought out product. This being even putting more expensive there is no user-friendly products in the area of IP cameras.
But compared to the older generation of IP camera 640x480 we see significant progress at all levels, the generation in 2014 will it be good?
I suggest unconditional purchase the TV-IP572WI.

Amazon I am a customer for several years and this is the first time I see such a void in the delivery. So called private parcels introduced himself found a locked gate but had not even left the package at the concierge and the height is that I was there !!! The problem is that many sound carriers barely 30 seconds remain and decide that there is nobody and we deduce that Parcel Privé is one of those. The worst is that I received no email indicating a passage. It was necessary that I contact the Amazon customer service to know that my package would relay point. So I blame Amazon for not having approached Private Parcel (its carrier) to check that my package would be tabled in due time by the relay point. I will not be ordering from Amazon without the assurance of not having to deal with these charlots private parcels and without receiving clear and convincing explanations. A delivery is not possible from Monday to Friday ... If it takes 15 days for a normal tariff packages that Amazon to tell !!!
I hope my experience will serve as a warning to Amazon and will be useful for other users. I'm not a litigious client and was perfect until Amazon painful issue delivery but there the cake is reached with this new private parcel carrier.
