Despite some negative comments about the quality of the CD, problems that I did not experience elsewhere, I find meditation really great. The pleasant voice of Bernard Giraudeau brings more exercises. I'm doing Zen meditation for a year and I can say that the exercises are very relevant. The "meditation ensuring good love" is beautiful. By-cons in the book written education remains very summary, it does not matter because the full consciousness must above all be practical, well explained in the CD also. So practice, practice, practice, practice again every day, whatever happens, and gradually you untying the CD, you will not regret it. Yes I will redeem this book if it again. We must relist it.
