Long, long time I have kept the faith Philips - but those days are gone forever. In my new apartment a Philips should 55PUS8809 care in combination with a Philips Home Cinema System HTB9550D for home theater enjoyment. Both, mind you, not cheap devices! With performance and quality of the hardware of both devices I would have been happy - that's why there's also two stars from me - but the software does everything to naught. I do not know where TP Vision can develop their software, but most of it was not good Android and for Android there is no better. The software on both devices mentioned above is dependent on itself, forgets settings, sometimes does not start, slow to react, etc. My three (!!!) months old television now needs to be returned for the second time because the Android OS in a boot loop is caught.
