This book is GE-NIAL! The techniques are not clearly explained step with very clear pictures. The recipes are well described and relate well to the techniques. If lon has a question you can ask a true leader through the link at the bottom of each page. I managed all my desserts with this book, this is a must-have bible in the kitchen!
