The CD is a worthy successor of the first album, but is not quite ran! The piano tone is no longer superficially here. I lack the typical piano tone, for this are other timbres with it, such as guitars, which is actually untypical (and hopefully will not be further expanded in the future), nevertheless it is a very very good 2nd album! Unlike "Hopes and Fears", which in my opinion mainly on the emotional substance and gets under your skin and the heart, is "Under the Iron Sea" much energy, it just radiates an incredible energy! Such. As 'A Bad Dream', 'Leaving so soon', 'Frog Prince', 'Put it behind you' This type of band to play the drums, I find just brilliant, I can not get enough! For example, at Frog Prince.
But as with the first album you have to really listen to the CD several times and then the magic of Keane is spreading again! Who has loved the music of Keane deep in all their fine facets into it, will like this album too!
