The fact is that TFF as well as also the last album a few passes needed before it is possible to say something reasonably objective, though it is not quite as bulky as IAMOLAD.
The often criticized opener comes with me not all of them unscathed. The intro would have been better if it would have been much shorter, these four minutes. Then however enormous. There is of course a disadvantage, though the first few minutes before producing a little reluctance. Of course, the listener is more than compensated with later songs.
El Dorado is certainly written for the stage, and reminds a bit when it comes to power, to old days. Meanwhile, I like this song very specifically. Highlights for me are beyond Coming Home, Isle of Avalon, Starblind, The Man ... and When the wild ... a real failure I find here is not the best of intentions.
Iron Maiden have again made a big hit. However, comparisons with previous albums are unnecessary because the impressions of course all are still very fresh. Maybe it's not the best album, but certainly it is not the worst either. I remember that as Somewhere in Time was then panned sometimes neat, but now considered a classic. Perhaps one will classify TFF sometime just.
