Paradise Lost (Limited Edition) (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Paradise Lost is finally back with a new album of the same name. After a few unsuccessful attempts, the Gothic Metal-fans to Depeche Mode fans to make (see Host and less Believe in Nothing) can be equal to talk about the successful comeback of the year. The new board brings together in an ingenious way everything what the band in the past 15 years is well known: Gothic Metal, electronic music (Forever After, Laws of Cause), Doom (Sun Fading, Over The Madness). Starting with the first-class opener Do not Belong, you stumble between the Master of Melodies Forever After and Over the Madness, the master riffs of Close Your Eyes to you for krönennden conclusion with the string-Dub versions of Do not Belong and Over The Madness arrives. Filler and mediocre songs in vain. Everything is right this time. A mega-production (rarely heard powerful drums, with the voice of Nick Holmes crystal clear come off), goosebumps hooks and melodies that one forgets bad. The plate is like any of the old fans from Draconian Times. Without slipping into Komerzgefielde that band a result shank time deliver what sounds but also for the non-metal or gothic treniertem ear at least interesting. For gothic metal fans, the plate anyway a must dar.Für all others for those who occasionally doomy metal like with awesome riffs and melodies goosebumps is right here. Truly a masterpiece !!!
Tip: The version with the bonus tracks for sale! The String Dub Mix of Over The Madness is aleine buying this CD worth!
