Customer Review

With The Pilgrims dYssel Linden Oliver takes us on a fantastic medieval epic She shows us the kingdom dAbhorn kingdom in which we will meet many characters, from the King to the Knights, from humans to lunarels (half-elves descendants), dune warrior who lost his company a princess looking didentité, etc. All these characters have a past, a history, a personality of their own. They are complex because humans and reveals the author ever to drive history of the world which he created. This is how, little by little we discover a universe that lives, that comes to life, and we want to know better.

Moreover, Linden Oliver proposes, through a write sensitive, fluid and very pleasant, beautiful descriptions and well built intrigue. His world, dark and fantastic, is far BE superficial: he has real originality, one feels the research, work that has led this series. In short, lauteure has given to the complexity of its universe suspicion necessary to captivate the reader, hold the breath in, make him want to discover Pilgrims dYssel deeper!

If you like Tolkien, Robin Hobb or George RR Martin, you may appreciate the Linden Oliver. Jai quickly hung universe, magic, intrigue and rivalry, the different personalities of the characters, etc. Anyway, I highly recommend this book and I wait impatiently on!
