Black cartridges were initially not recognized by my new HP Photosmart 5520 / accepted. Mail to Amazon was answered by pointing me to contact HP. Service hotline HP from Ö costs, endless in several trials on hold - so no service, but annoyance. Then I turned directly by mail to the cartridge manufacturer / distributor ESMonline: after a few mails to clarify the problem new chips were sent to me for the black cartridge. Chips changed easily used cartridge, accepted, print result tadelllos.
Thus, as a conclusion to problems still have a happy ending.
