It's rock and that's what it should be. In my opinion an album holds the high quality of a band that knows what it is doing and remain faithful to itself, without sounding the same. I have the album gained me half a year after the purchase of the previous album "Phobia". I find it very consistent and "We Are Not Alone" includes very nice to to "Phobia". What I do hear out with Breaking Benjamin, is the desire to be known, what each of their albums admixed a touch mainstream. But I believe that it does not detract from the sound. Perhaps this hint also ensures just that you can listen Breaking Benjamin regularly, whether deliberately or as a background. I like this album very much!
