At first decent performance, then getting worse

I have this device for almost 2 years. In the early days I was also quite pleased with the sweeping performance. Normal road dirt, small stones, sand can turn everything wonderfully. If leaves or flowers (we have a lot of trees) wirds then already difficult. However, a major drawback is the dust container, the size of which you can not take advantage.

Then suddenly a defect came to light, which has been getting worse: the broom is due to the resistance hang to the ground. Since the wheels continue to turn (through Push), rotate through the driving gears. This effect becomes then more and more, because wear the flanks of the gears (all just cheap plastic) further and grab getting worse. I have it all broken and the gears exchanged left and right to use the "better" side of the gears. But that did not last long and the spin began again.

That made me very annoyed, because with regular use (1x per week) the device was unusable after 2 years. I am now looking for a better quality equipment.
