.... If you can English! Had the same problem as others here who have purchased the game via Amazon, and after 1 hour conversation with a supporter at EA help.ea.com/en (unfortunately only in English). Conclusion: Had to prove with screenshots that I bought the game at Amazon and the EA Support has it "manually" add me to the Origin client. The code was indeed apparently correctly, appears in your system on, but for me not obvious reasons is not automatically added to the game the game client.
My advice: If you do not want to wait until the whole thing is fixed and you can get yourself an English EA Supporter, otherwise it gets Ned go except to wait until the problem is solved.
