Recipes for healthy and tasty bar full of good sugar, fast or slow, good unsaturated fat ... But where are the proteins ??? In the small amount of quinoa or oilseeds used in a recipe? Either. But to call this book "Recipe protein bars," one should not still make fun of the world. I am surprised that the authors have not operated more pulses as in their work on green protein. The bars to be made are certainly healthier than trade but in my opinion not really more protein. Athletes like me who need real protein intake after a session and who dreamed of getting their house protein bars will be disappointed.
