The Bialetti Plusline Pfaanne with ceramics was my first purchase of this kind. What I like so much to it, is the coating and the retractable handle. Whether meat, eggs or fish everything is not set, and you can do it with very little fat (or not) to pivot in the pan. For me it was also important to have a 20ziger pan, there for me even small portions come into question. I can only recommend the Bialetti Plusline pan
