The TF701T is in my view a great tablet.
Here the things that I find positive and negative mind:

Positives:
bright, high-resolution display
Quality feel with aluminum back
high working speed and no lag
tight battery life (by the second battery in the dock)
Detachable dock with sufficiently large keys, trackpad and ShortKeys for productive work
USB 3.0 connection
Micro HDMI output

Negatives:
Idiosyncratic, automatic brightness control (apparently Tegra 4 "Feature")
Trackpad little small
Much bloatware pre-installed, which can not be uninstalled without root access

Conclusion:
I have, after I gerooted the TF701T and the CROMI-X Rome have been playing, the perfect Android tablet found for me. This way also the Tegra 4 Auto Helligkeitsbug has disappeared and battery life has been improved again.
Would buy again immediately!
